Description
Some progress on a costume I'm working on for Otakon.
Tsukasa from .hack//SIGN
This is the staff "head". It's made from chipboard, and patterned out using a program called Pepakura (the same program I use to make my Halo armor). It takes 3D models and turns them into 2D patterns.
It will be fiberglassed within a few days, and then body filler will be applied (and sanded off FOREVER) until it is smooth enough for paint.

This looks very nice. I am also interested in the pep file as I was thinking of doing this costume in the near future. Although I was thinking of just carving it out of Styrofoam or thick eva foam instead of making it from a pep, but it would be nice to have that option. If not, that's okay too.
